How long have you been doing CrossFit? I started September 2013
How many times a week do you work out? I workout about 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. With an additional day of active recovery and one complete rest day.
What is your diet like? I am a Registered Dietitian, so nutrition is such a huge part of my life! I subscribe to the macro tracking lifestyle- mainly quality food but definitely sweet treats to satisfy my hearts desires :)
What is your favorite exercise or named CrossFit workout? I must say I'm mighty fond of double-unders...and squat snatches.
What is your favorite WodBottom product? I love the variety of rings- changeable to match your wardrobe!
