Nickname: mic, mcbeth

Something interesting about yourself?  I'm a twin mom and had three kids in 17 months. During that 17 months I also qualified and competed at Crossfit regionals and the Olympic weightlifting national championships. Being a mama is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I LOVE to compete and train Crossfit though and I'm so glad I have found a way to do both. 

Where do you train? Wasatch Crossfit 

How long have you been doing CrossFit?:  5 years with one year off during twin pregnancy. 

How many times a week do you work out?

Off season: 5x per week (90 min sessions)

October-until end of season: I train 6x per week, 2 sessions per day about 3 days per week. (Total avg: 15ish hours per week)

What is your diet like?  Off season I eat what I like for the most part. In season I follow a set macro count with 1-2 cheat meals per week. Once the open starts I'm more strict and will cycle my carbs around my training sessions.

What is your favorite exercise or named CrossFit workout? Karen! :) I love wall balls. Or anything with an Olympic lift. I love cycling hang power cleans most. :) I would say the heavier the workout is the happier I am. 

What is your favorite WodBottom product?  I LOVE the rings and wear them everywhere I go! I can't feel them when I train or compete and I always have people asking me where I got mine! My favorite colors are white or black, but I also love all the fun colors Wodbottom comes out with and wear those regularly too.
