Something interesting about yourself:  My hometown has 12 people in it, counting me.

Where do you train?:  Here and there, but mostly at the gym I coach at.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?  My first CrossFit WOD was Dec 7, 2008

How many time a week do you work out?  I work out 5-6 days a week, typically 5 days. 

What is your diet like? Very strict and very regimented  I do follow RP Nutrition

What is your favorite exercise?  My favorites are typically anything in front rack.  Cleans, thrusters, front squats.  That whole movement and pattern is good form me. 

What is your favorite WodBottom product?  The rings!  I love the rings.  They are so comfortable.
