How Much Does the WodBottom Exclusive Cost?
The WodBottom Exclusive - Shortie of the Month Club costs $35 per month. Unless you cancel or email us to have your subscription paused, this charge will recur every month on or around the time you signed up for the subscription.
When will my first short ship?
Your first Short of the Month will ship on the first of the month after your purchase of the WodBottom Exclusive Short of the Month club. For example, if you purchased the WodBottom Exclusive Short of the Month Club on January 14th, your first short would be sent out on February 1st.
How do I cancel my subscription to the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club?
You can cancel your subscription by signing into your WodBottom account and clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" text located on the right hand size of the page under the "Store Credit" button. Once you are in the subscription section, find your active subscription and select the "cancel" button. If you have any problems canceling you can always email our support team for help.
While you can cancel your subscription at any time, you must cancel by the last day of the current month in order to not receive the short being offered the next month. For example, to skip/cancel a short that is featured in March and shipped April 1st, you must cancel by February 28th. Previews of the short will be given in time to decide whether or not one wants to skip or cancel.
When you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to the member exclusive pricing, as well as your access to early releases and member's only free shipping on orders of $40 or more.
Can I use a discount code when purchasing WodBottom Plus?
Unfortunately, you cannot use a discount code when purchasing The WodBottom Member Exclusive Short of the Month Club.
Can I return/exchange my shortie of the month?
We do not accept returns of the shortie of the month. However, exchanges can be made if stock allows it. Please contact support@wodbottom.com if you need to exchange your shortie for a different size.
If I decide to switch to a different inseam length, when does that apply to my subscription?
Swapping your subscription for a different inseam length would apply to the following month. For example, if you purchased the 2.5" inseam program on Jan. 1 and swapped to a 3.25" inseam on Jan. 3, you would receive a 2.5" inseam shortie in Feb. and a 3.25" inseam in March. If you need to change the inseam that you selected for the current month, contact support@wodbottom.com for help and we can swap for you if there is remaining inventory in your size and inseam.
What payment methods can I use for the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club?
We accept the following credit cards as payment methods for Truly Bootyfull: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club
At this time, third party payment methods, such as PayPal, cannot be used to pay for the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club.
Can international customers be a part of the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club?
Yes! You can subscribe to the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club as an international customer. However, international customers do not receive free shipping on their monthly shorties or their orders of $40 or more. International customers are also responsible for paying any customs duties that their shipments incur.
Customers from Canada and Mexico can expect to pay a $10 flat rate fee to ship their shortie of the month.
International customers from any other location will be charged a shipping fee based on the weight and carrier chosen to ship their shortie of the month with.
International customers will also receive free shipping on any orders over $175.
I canceled my membership to the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club, but now I would like to sign up again
As of right now, we have limited spots available for joining the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club. If a spot is available in your preferred size and inseam, just add the product to your cart and check out as usual. If the product is not currently available in your preferred size and inseam, please join our waitlist to be notified of when we have your size and inseam available again.
Can I purchase the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club as a gift?
Absolutely! Just put the receiver's email in at checkout and they will receive all the details.
Can I skip a month if I don't like the design?
Absolutely! Easily skip any month inside your member portal- just make sure that you choose to do so by the 20th of the month to skip the current short.
Because this program has a limited number of spots available, those who elect to skip more than two months in a row will have their Exclusive Membership terminated and be moved to a WodBottom Plus Member. If you are moved down due to skipping, you can move yourself back up again when you are ready.
How do I access early releases?
You should get an email from us with a link to each member exclusive release. Just make sure that you are signed into your WodBottom account and click on the link- then you can shop away!
I made a purchase with a different account and would like to move my rewards to my account associated with my WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club subscription. Can you transfer them?
At this time, we cannot combine or move points earned from other accounts to another account associated with the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club.
Can I use discount codes and other offers while using my member pricing offered with the WodBottom Exclusive Shortie of the Month Club?
You will only be able to use rewards codes that you have redeemed while shopping with member pricing. Other discount codes or offers made on our website (including ambassador codes) are not available for use in conjunction with member pricing. Member pricing will always be better than any offers made on our website.
