RETURN FAQ's

I Need to Return/Exchange a Gift

If you received your WodBottom goodies as a gift, you can still return/exchange them within the 30-day window. To return or exchange a gift click on "Start Return" If you know the order number and the shipping zip code associated with your gift, you will be able to fill out the information and process your return/exchange as usual. If you need assistance finding this information, please either contact the person who gave you the gift or contact support for assistance.

I Purchased on Amazon

If you purchased from us on Amazon, you will need to request your return through Amazon. You can find instructions on how to complete a return on Amazon here.

I Purchased on Etsy

If you need to return an item or items purchased on Etsy, please contact us through the message center on Etsy or our contact page and let us know your return is from Etsy. As of right now, there is no formal way to return/exchange items on Etsy.

My Item was Damaged

Unfortunately, once our packages leave our warehouse, we do not have control over what happens to them. If you order gets damaged because of the mail carrier and you want to exchange your order, contact us at support@wodbottom.com with photos of the damage. If you are concerned that your order might be damaged or stolen, please purchase the Fortify Shipping Warranty (always offered at checkout). The shipping warranty will ensure that we can replace items that are damaged or stolen. If you elect to skip the warranty, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace or refund you for your purchase.

I dropped my new shorts in mud, can I return them?

No :) We accept items that are in the same condition that they were sent in. Items that have been washed or worn, have accessive animal hair, bodily fluids, or reak of perfume are not eligible for return/exchange.

How long does it take to process a refund

Returns are processed when items are received at our offices. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after items are marked as delivered. All returns via payment method are subject to a fee for the cost of the auto-generated shipping label that are used to send back items.

Quickly and easily exchange and return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
