Shipping Policy
WodBottom aims to ship all packages that are made before 3PM CST on the same day. We offer tracking updates that go directly to your phone or email. Please ensure that your email is spelled out correctly in order to ensure that you receive these updates- emails with typos will not go through. Domestic Shipping
We offer two different shipping carriers for domestic customers: UPS and USPS. Most of our current domestic customers choose USPS, as it is the cheapest option, but we also offer UPS for those who prefer it. Your carrier choice will determine how quickly your package gets to you. 
*COVID-19 NOTICE- USPS has experienced a huge amount of delays with the outbreak of COVID-19. Orders are no longer guaranteed to be delivered at a certain time, and multiple processing centers are very behind. If you choose USPS as your postal carrier, please be aware that your package may not arrive when it is estimated to, and it may be held up in a location for more than 5 days. Your patience is appreciated! 
Domestic Shipping FAQ
I received a delivery notification from WodBottom, but my package has not arrived. What is going on? 
If you just received the notification that your items were delivered, it is likely that the GPS in the USPS tracking vans sent a notification because they were close to your location, but not there just yet. Usually, your package will come within 1-2 days of receiving this notification.
I think my package has been lost or stolen. Can I get a replacement/refund of my order?
As of 4/14/21, WodBottom now offers insurance at checkout in case of lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you believe that your package has been lost, stolen, or is missing, and you purchased the WodBottom shipping warranty, you can start a claim here
If you didn't decide to purchase insurance at checkout, WodBottom is not liable for your missing goods and will not replace or refund you for your purchase. We highly recommend reaching out to your chosen courier if you are missing your items and did not purchase insurance.
* From 10/29/20- 4/13/21, WodBottom offered ROUTE insurance at checkout in case of lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you believe that your package has been lost, stolen, or is missing, and you purchased ROUTE, you can start a claim here: https://claims.route.com/.
International Shipping
We ship our goodies worldwide! For most countries, we offer two different carriers: USPS and DHL Express Worldwide. We would highly recommend choosing DHL Express Worldwide, as they will insure your package and track your items all the way to your door. They are a little pricey, but they ensure you get your goodies in a timely fashion and know where they are at all times. You are certainly welcome to choose USPS First Class International shipping, but please know that USPS will not track that package outside of the United States. This means that if you email us and ask where your package is; if it has left our warehouse, we likely won't be able to tell you. 
International customers are responsible for any taxes/duties that their package incurs during the customs process. WodBottom does not pay for these costs and they are not included in the shipping charge. If you have questions or concerns about the amount you will be required to pay in customs duties/fees, please reach out to your local customs office. We are required by law to declare the prices for all items being shipped.

Can I get free shipping as an international customer?
Yes! We offer free USPS shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders placed with DHL do not qualify for free shipping.
