Track My Return

Once you have purchased a return shipping label through our Online Returns Portal and mailed your package, you can easily track your shipment through our returns tracking page.

Please note that it can take 1-3 business days from the date your package is received at our headquarters for your return to be processed and a refund or Gift Card to be issued.

If you did not use our Online Returns Portal, please be sure to retain a copy of your return tracking receipt from the carrier used until your return is processed and your store credit has been issued.

  • Prepaid Return Labels

    We provide prepaid return labels for both exchanges and returns.  You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items, but we cover it if you do an exchange. US customers are able to purchase a shipping label in the returns portal.

  • Can I exchange items?

    Exchanges ship for free in the U.S.! We do not charge a fee for exchanges. You can make one exchange per order number. You cannot make exchanges of exchanges. International and military addresses are responsible for shipping both ways.

  • Final Sale Items

    All items labeled final sale on the product page, in cart or priced $16 or under are considered final sale, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned for store credit.

  • Additional information on our Online Return Policy?
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
    • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
    • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

    We will accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of the original delivery date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store:

  • Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service online to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
