this program is super easy to follow and you can literally do it anywhere. No lie, I didn't take a before picture because there was no flattering angle for my flat pancake cheeks and I just didn't even want to look. But I caught a glimpse in the mirror this morning and noticed my pancakes looking a little fluffier than usual. I'm in week 2 and I'm looking forward to going back through and adding more rounds, weights, and resistance bands for an extra challenge.

I add this program to the end of every workout and it sets my *** on fire! I’m in week 2 now, I don’t notice any major changes yet, but an *** on fire is a good thing!!

I'm only a week in but I'm already seeing some nice definition changes. The daily line-up looks easy but after three rounds the booty is definitely feeling it! Loving it so far!

Love It!!!
I just finished week 2 and my booty has already changed significantly! It went from flat, square and dimply to plump, round and mostly smooth. I can’t wait to see the results after I complete week 4!

Worth it
I do best with structure, and I have been working on my posterior chain (here and there) for some time. This program sets the tone for me to do it far more regularly, and longer. Great targeted exercises. I had basic expectations in terms of what to expect, I know many of the exercises I *should be doing.* That said the mix and reps of these sets a great standard, and I can use stronger bands to up the effort.
